first time I heard it in china I hit the so I asked my chinese homie what she was saying and he said neige means 'um'.

I think that guy said um (while struggling to find the english words), good nite.

they really dont know the meaning out there. i mean, some that are into rap might but the overall population have no idea, they dont use fb, youtube and things of that nature. the chinese have a completely different internet and mostly go on their own sites. thats why I had to use a vpn for 6 yrs.
