I remember you riding Steph's dikk the year he was jumping into superstardom. I'll give you props for that. But you're still a bandwagon fan.. Not a true Warriors fan. Just jumped on the wave. You haven't followed a team through the ups and downs so yeah, you can't talk shyt.
Here's the thing, and you should know this by now because I'm sure I've said it to you before. I'm not a fan of any team, I just appreciate good basketball, and I will argue for my case as if it may appear I'm a fan of them. Hell, I argue just as strongly for players/teams I don't like, but put that to the side when discussing their talent/abilities.

I'm the opposite to a bandwagon fan, I identify shyt before most and make my case for it. You won't find another poster on this board who has more controversial takes (within reason) than I do - the very thing that's antithetical to being a bandwagon fan.
And when was I ever wrong about Harden? Please remind me.
About pretty much everything.
You're still stubborn for throwing him under the bus back when you were a Thunder bandwagon fan and said he wouldn't be a number one option. Instead he led a team 3 times to 50+ wins. Was a runner up MVP twice. Became one of the best scorers in the league And went to a WCF with no other stars. If anything you were way more wrong than I. You literally dismissed him and said the Thunder didn't need him. I've never claimed Harden was the best in the league, better than Curry, would win a ring on his own etc. I just said he's a beast and a MVP level player. Every year Harden did something great you would move goalposts into something else.
And he still isn't a #1 option on a contender. It's been proven true, time and time again. I was right all along, and that's all there is to it.

:ohhh:
So it's more about tryna prove he wasn't wrong about Harden.

Always wondered why he goes so hard on Harden.

Makes since. Saying Harden wouldn't be a number 1, is a big knock on that poster. Especially one who holds himself in high regard. So he always finds ways to downplay Harden so he doesn't look foolish.
Harden isn't a #1 on a contender. What rock have you been living under?

Bruh you full of shyt. Curry is the reason that offense works. Him being on the court warps the defense so bad that everyone else is getting open looks and the other team starts making high school mistakes on defense. How many times in the playoffs did the opponents let fuking Kevin Durant get uncontested dunks because they were scared to leave Steph Curry. That shyt was routine.

Let that sink in, the defense said its better to not guard Kevin Durant with the ball than it is to leave Steph open in the corner.

This.

I've said it time and time again. Steph Curry is the Tom Brady of the NBA.

Take him off the Dubs/Pats without that system, you get a fairly competent player who lacks the natural talent (like Peyton/Bron have) to be a worldbeater.

But put them in a system designed around their strengths (Currys range and release/Bradys release speed, doesn't turn the ball over, uncanny ability to scan the field)...and surround them with complimentary players who shield their weaknesses....and you get a dynasty.

I'm not a handeggball guy (shotout to @Malta :russ:) so I can't speak to Brady and his game...BUT...

Steph is (arguably???) the best shooter the league has ever seen and HE IS THE SYSTEM.....the defenses try to collapse on him which is what gives everyone else on the team more space/time/etc to maneuver. Folks have it backward. Steph isn't as good as he is because of the other players on the team, the team is as good as it is because of the respect his game demands.

And that's not to downplay anyone else on the team, but this team went from a perennial bottom dwelling team to a Championship contending team when Steph got healthy and comfortable in the league.
