hes right tho.... he's not a better player than Jordan (kerr didn't say he was).

He does change the defense tho like no other. the fact that he pulls up for transition 3's in a 2 on 1 situation changes everything.

Jordans mid range and drive to the basket was killer, but this dude steps over half court and you're pretty much at his mercy. That was before KD joined

Curry is better overall offensive player than Jordan.. better shooter, better off ball player, better ball handle and better passer

He's just not atheletically gifted as Jordan..

Jordan was no threat once he crossed the half court, curry is and defenses have to guard him all the way up there thus freeing up the other 4 on the team with more space to operate one on one.. that's impact that Jordan didn't have
Lol

This. I was watching their game against the pistons where Dennis Rodman’s number was retired and he caught a pass just inside of half court standing on the “P” in “Pistons” logo at center court as they were running one of their sets. There were maybe 17-20 seconds left on the shot clock and he fired with no hesitation the moment he caught the ball and that was at least 35 feet away. Nothing but net. You flat out have to double him the moment he crosses half court because he’s a threat to score from anywhere. We’ve never seen someone like that who has that sort of pull on a defense.

Edit: Ben Wallace not Dennis Rodman

It was the Ben Wallace jersey retirement. He did it @ the 57 second mark

Defenses focus too much on those silly homerun shots and overreact when he makes them. I'd let him shoot 35 footers all night if that's gonna beat us

You're saying if Curry didn't have the right personnel, coaching and environment, that he wouldn't get far. I'm telling you the same applies to every single star that's played this game. The difference between players who're in top-10 OAT conversations and players who're just all-time greats are their situations.

Basketball is just like the game of life.

michael jordan was the league mvp dpoy and considered the best player in the league long before he won any championship and had a team to compete. same applies to lebron. Curry was never considered the best until the warriors made that leap in 2015.

michael jordan and lebron and others ATG are the situations, curry right now is in the best situation in the league by far and bar none

i'm reading and responding to your particular comment. Either you can answer me or you can weasel your way out of it.

Your choice

It would help if you actually read the previous comments, and not just take one post without applying the appropriate context. Hell, you didn't even read the post you quoted properly.

negging me does nothing but makes you look sensitive over the internet. Since you have no plans on answering my post i'll leave you be

:pachaha:

You didn't even read my post properly. Remind me how far did Jordan get in the playoffs when he didn't have the right personnel/coaching?

I disagree simply because I’ve watched curry be subpar in the finals compared to Jordan who was never subpar at that same level.
