Steph is the greatest shooter ever bar none. Ray is the second best but it's gap and it's widening by the game. Ray wouldn't have been able to create off the dribble like Steph does and still have his 3 point game not be affected. He would get his if he shot 10-15 3's a game but he was 40 percent for his career with the amount he took a game. If he shot more a game that percentage would drop even more. If Steph was only shooting 5 or 6 3's a game he would probably shoot 55 percent.
