It's not convenient....If a guy shoots more 3s and shoots at a higher percentage he's a better shooter. It's not like we're talking about Kyle Korver this year where he's shooting less 3s but shooting dam near 50 percent.......It's common sense dude.

I'm not gonna debate it but I will say is that Ray Allen gets disrespected a lot in the conversation. People make it sound like Steph is the first player who's primarily a 3 point shooter to do more than just spot up, but if you actually watched prime Ray Allen in Mil/Sea you'd know he was hitting moving shots just as much as Steph was.

I was about to say this Ray Allen doesn't enough credit for shooting the 3 off dribble either. His buck and seattle days he shot alot of 3 off the dribble. With that said curry is better

Nah Reggie was a better shooter than both, let Reggie jack up as much shots as Ray, or as many no leash/conscious three's as Steph

Reggie was weak off of the dribble though/was guardable

yes it does, we're talking straight 3 point percentage where the only thing that matters is 3's, not regular fg percentage whereyou factor in layups, drives, jump shots, dunks, and post post moves.

So I stand by my statement, shooting way more 3's and still having a way higher percentage means youre a better 3 point shooter

I don't see how you can argue this when Steph shoots more and makes more at a higher percentage. Not to mention he is smaller and less athletic (Ray was able to rise up over outstretched hands). AND Steph be out here shooting 25-30 footers.

Alot of people are dismissing that ray played the 1st half of his career under the old rules where u cpuld handcheck and actually play defense on guys. You cant touch curry and half his shots come with no contest. Great shooter but we gotta learn context
