If y'all can't see that all the defensive attention on Curry last season in the Finals didn't allow Iggy to get open looks and more room to work with - perhaps you need to fix your "eye test".

One of the issues in the way news is spread is how even advanced statistics don't tell the whole story. The advanced stats say Curry is the best player in the league today but day-to-day it's not going to be uncommon for a Kyrie or Lillard to outplay him head to head. Or even Dray or Klay to be the better player for a stretch of games.

People see Curry as the MVP and they expect more. And they should expect more. But it's safe to say that he is not the clear cut best in the league. Over the course of the regular season, fine. Playoffs are always different. That said, if he shows out in game 6 he could still take the award.

Yeah surprisingly I thought the refs were highly in favor of the Warriors tonight. They were just letting Varejao get all types of bullshyt calls. A couple possible hacks on Lebron in the post they didn't call. Lebron and Kyrie only combined for 10 free throws together. Even with the hack a Thompson intentional fouls golden state still shot a couple more free throws than the Cavs and they're a jump shooting team (I think they made more 3s than 2s in the first half)
