He isn't the best player in the league...
:umad: Knicks done fukked up
He's not even better than Westbrook, let alone Lebron and Durant.
He is better than Russ. I'll still give Durant and bron their due, but he's on their level now.
You can't do the stuff Steph is doing without being physically gifted. That quick release, his hand/eye coordination, his footwork, all of that shyt is abnormal.

All of that shyt was taught by his father who made a long ass career in the NBA by being one of the best shooters to make up for his lack of athleticism.

He knew his son didn't have an athletic gift like him, and made Steph maximize his other talents which will serve him well into his later career. Athletes break down over time. But the quick release, accuracy and ability to get a clean shot off at will is what separates him from everybody.

Steph making sure ad know that this will never be his league and he will never be better than him as most critics are making it seem like Davis got next.

i mean, he's obviously the better 3pt shooter, but everything else, i'd take russ

I would say Steph is better, but I also wouldn't argue if someone else said Russ was better because he is more of a complete player due to his defense.

Those two are the best guards in the NBA period.

what's wrong with taking Westbrook over Steph? One's better at attacking the rim and the other is the better shooter. Westbrook is far superior on the defensive end while Curry's shooting is untouched. :kobeshrug:

like it's been a day since westbrook dropped 48, 11 boards, with 8 assists. we going to pretend it's outrageous to take westbrook?

It is outrageous if you want to win a championship. As much ferociousness and tenacity that Westbrook plays with he also tends to play "Hero Ball". I never get the feeling that Steph Curry is doing too much with the ball in his hands. I'll take him every day of the week as the best point guard in the league until somebody takes it from him.

^read that.

there's way too much bullshyt out there about westbrook being "dumb" and not making the right plays. the guy had the second best FG% off his assists last season, one percentage point behind curry, and that was with durant barely playing all year. the guy makes everyone around him better while drawing in almost every defender's attention, don't preach bullshyt about not being able to win a championship with westbrook breh.

you also don't have to hide westbrook on defense.

This wouldnt happen to be against the same Pelicans who let CJ McCollum drop 20+ in the first quarter and 37 overall is it? Curry was already great before this but let's chill out the pelicans gonna get lit up with ish smith and Toney Douglas playing heavy point minutes. CJ would of dropped 50 plus but he got benched cuz his team was up 35+ in the 3rd.
