STEPH IS OBVIOUSLY MORE TALENTED THAN RUSS
BUT HE CANT CARRY A TEAM THROUGH
THE REGULAR SEASON THE WAY RUSS CAN
BECAUSE DUDE HAS AN UNLIMITED MOTOR
AND GOES HARD ALL GAME
EVERY GAME OF THE SEASON.

DOESNT MATTER.

DUDE CANT CARRY BUMS THE WAY RUSS CAN.

EVEN THOUGH RUSS CANT SHOOT
HE RELENTLESSLY ATTACKS ALL GAME WHICH
PUTS PRESSURE ON THE DEFENSE
GETS HIS TEAMMATES EASY BUCKETS.

STEPH IS THE BETTER PLAYER
BUT HES NOT BUILT TO CARRY BAD TEAMS
FOR THE LONG HAUL.

Do y'all really believe this nonsense?

Teams that Westbrook has led during the regular season:

2016/17 Thunder: 47 wins and the 16th ranked offense
2017/18 Thunder: 48 wins and the 6th ranked offense
2018/19 Thunder: 49 wins and the 17th ranked offense

Teams that Steph has led during the regular season:

2012/13 Warriors: 47 wins and the 11th ranked offense
2013/14 Warriors: 51 wins and the 12th ranked offense
2014/15 Warriors: 67 wins and 2nd ranked offense
2015/16 Warriors: 73 wins and 1st ranked offense
2016-2019 Warriors: 32-4 without Durant.

Steph has led a team over a greater period of time, led them to more wins, and led more efficient offenses. And most importantly, nobody in the history of the game gets his teammates more easy buckets than Steph does, it's the main reason why the Warriors have had the success they've had:

He made an interesting point :yeshrug: Russ's activity creates chaos that other players can benefit from. But we all know that only works for so long. Steph and the Warriors will be allright this year, there's tons of adjustments to be made with all the changes they've had, which will lead to those easier baskets for other players. Didn't the Warriors lose their very first game when Durant came there? It's a long season.

And Steph's gravity doesn't to a far greater degree?

What?

:mjtf:

they lost to the healthy Cavs without KD and then begged KD in the parking lot and flew the entire team to the Hamptons to recruit(beg) him.that might be your woat post and that says a lot

Gil proppin up Steph as an offensive anchor for five years when KD was the one getting Finals MVPs. :mjlol:

Regular season wins for supposed Goats?:mjlol:

So in reality Steph is just the offensive anchor for the BIGGEST choke job in NBA Finals history right?

The thing about @Gil Scott-Heroin is that he eventually just sons himself. He bragging about regular season dominance that led to the most epic collapse in sports history. He bragged about Draymond being a top 15 player in the league but also says Steph doesn’t have enough help. He’s the most dominant force with his gravity and makes his teammates better according to Gil but Gil also says his teammates are bums. :mjlol:

IMO, there’s are 3 types of basketball stars.

Ceiling Raiser: Makes an already great team better. Puts them over the top.

Floor Raiser: Can make something out of nothing. Can contend with even the bummiest of rosters.

Hybrid: Can do both.

Steph is a ceiling raiser imo. Your “gravity” is only as dangerous as the teammates who are getting open as a result of it. When it’s the literal 2 other greatest shooters of all time, yeah, it’s tough to beat. But when it’s Omari Spellman and Jacob Evans, defenses don’t respect them enough to go chase them and would rather focus on Steph. And that’s when his flaws show, lack of athleticism, struggles to beat folks off the ball without a screen, erratic decision maker who turns the ball over a lot, etc. He can’t carry a team, never has and never will be able to. But that’s okay.

Forget about KD. People really underrate how damn near one in a million it is that the Warriors managed to draft the literal second greatest shooter of all time to pair with the first. I mean what are the odds? AND he’s a two way player. Klays meaning to the team can’t be stated enough.

You mean to tell me the force that is steph, the unanimous mvp, 73 regular season wins, up 3-1 in a NBA Finals, more offensive impact than MJ, choked it all away?

does he get his credit for the greatest choke job in nba finals history too?:mjlol:
