I know, the thing about them being able to switch on those picks is that they usually have more defenders to throw at a team than that team has potent offensive players. For a team like Cleveland that does have talented offensive guys, that changes their strategy a lot. You might be unable to switch if for example, Bron sets a pick (being covered by Iggy) for J.R who's being shadowed by Curry. If J.R and LeBron are both shooting well, you definitely can't leave Bron one on one with Curry, so now it's up to Andre to think about which guy he covers, but that extra second would tend to give J.R a pretty good look, would it not?The defense is predicated on switching picks.
And of course there's the play after the play, where if Iggy does get slightly blown by, LeBron should expect to see help defense from whoever is holding down the paint. That's another discussion though. The point is Kyrie-J.R-LeBron-Love-TT does present arguably the toughest matchup against that small ball that one could think of.
