It means Curry asked for a clause in his contract where the Warriors wouldnt be able to trade him without his final approval of the deal. Guys like Kobe and Lebron have had them. Warriors said nah, we still wanna be able to ship you out if we feel like it Then Steph was like damn well can I at least get a player option on the last year so I can get a little bit of control over my own destiny? And the Warriors were like NAH. Here's your money now go practice them 30 footers and try not to roll your ankle.
