There’s no rivalry. Steph ran to get the 2nd best player in the league when he got his shyt pushed in. That’s admission of defeat by it’s very definition. It’s pretty telling that the Dubs continue to win and the general American public does not care nor has their view shifted on who the best player in the league is

LeBron is a much better player than Steph, but all that extra shyt he brings ( Bron Ball, hand picked coaches, Klutch Sports clients ) makes me think I'd rather start with Curry as my franchise cornerstone. Like it or not, OP has a point. Casuals see Curry as #2 and as LeBron's greatest rival and that talk is only gonna intensify after LBJ loses to GSW yet again and then probably jumps ship to Houston
Nobody really looks at Steph as LeBron's rival. To be real, LeBron is kinda seen as unrivaled, no different than the way Jordan was looked at. If anything, LeBron's "rival" is Jordan. Particularly after the arrival of KD, nobody even refers to it as LeBron vs. Steph or LeBron vs. KD, it's always just Bron vs. the Warriors.
