Love was a good player on a terrible team. We see tons of players year in and year out stat pad on awful teams.


Look at Paul George on the Thunder, some were putting him up as the next Lebron but you put him on a team with Westbrook and hes just another guy who has to find his niche in the offense



You cant call picking up a guy whos not a franchize player, who would never elevate his team to the playoffs, stacking the deck.

I hate when people act like players can't be great just because their team is bad.

So boogie isn't an actual great player cause he was putting up numbers on a bad team? Kyrie wasn't actually a good player before LeBron came to Cleveland? Karl Anthony Towns wasnt a great player last year?

They also allow the third-highest opponent field-goal percentage overall, 46.9 percent. Love's inability to effectively challenge shots inside and out appears to be a huge part of this.

If anything it shows how good he is because everybody complains if Lebron even gets an average player. Watch if the cave get someone even AVERAGE at the SG position to replace JR it'll be like "Lebron needs more help". I half read your previous post. I agree. he needed to be proactive. Cavs had a history of losing before he got there and while he left. The office was trash. And he's never had a phone Coach. MJ & Kobe got their championships with Phil. LeBron was great regardless

And whats one criticism that SAS mentions about him all the time? That he lost 5 Finals. So he's lost 5, and now has to go up against one of the greatest teams EVER. The epitome of a "stacked deck".
