Its funny he is calling people out on their wardrobe and language when Allen Iverson actually opened the door for him. With interviews and being the franchise player of the 76ers.

Pretty much saying conform whatever your employer wants so a person can get paid.I agree with Stephen A. regarding Cuban's comments not being all that offensive. But i don't know wtf this speech about conforming and shyt has to do with Cuban's comments.Am i missing something?
Conform to what? is the biggest concern.Pretty much saying conform whatever your employer wants so a person can get paid.
Conform to what? is the biggest concern.
Because if conforming means that you shyt on your whole race then its shameful.

Where does shytting on your whole race come in?I think he means "dress for the job you want, not the job you have" type of conforming. Nothing wrong with that....
You better not come interview with me in jeans and a throwback...

I'm talking about the part when he was talking about black people trying to get jobs and wanting to get stuff.Conform to what? is the biggest concern.

I didn't get that Mark Cuban is saying that he is bigot. I think he is being courageous and saying he is prejudice (prejudice means judging something or someone before getting to know them or it, yes you can be prejudice to food too) and prejudice is a human extinct. We're prejudice to the grand canyon cliff by having barricades near it's cliffs. I was reaching but there is validity in my point.

Many more respectable black people who arent c00ns preach that message everyday and much better.I'm talking about the part when he was talking about black people trying to get jobs and wanting to get stuff.

He still stuck on that Cuban said he said black and white dude comparison. But he still hasn't answered the question, why can't black people wear hoodies without having people getting scared? Why would a black person wearing a hoodie elicit the same fear as a white dude with a face full of tats?
But I can listen to Umar Johnson over Smith any day. Dr. Johnson has 6 degrees and works in the community. Smith just speaks on the same talking points that white people use when describing young Black men. Dr. Umar speaks on the millions of Blacks with Master's and Doctorate degrees who still can't find jobs, but Smith won't talk about that.Steven A doesn't speak for all Black America just as Dr Umar doesn't speak for all of Black America. We're diverse people so one voice does speak for all, you can't take one's perspective and either agree or disagree with it. While using the dialog that's said to create your own perspective. No different that listening to what an atheist and someone that believe in god have to say.
