Only a fool thinks the systematic discrimination that has been placed on blacks for hundreds of years could be erased with a neck tie.
Sigged

Down the line no matter how much we try to improve, as long as white racists and c00ns exist and have their way there will always be a cap on our progression.

Black Wall Street should of been enough to warn people as to what will happen if white racists stay unchecked.

White racists from those days never left. They just had kids and passed on their fukked up beliefs to them.

He won't talk about that because it's a sport show and he did mention the black unemployment rate and not finding jobs. For that platform on TV I check Roland Martin's show. I as well listen to Dr Umar, Dr. Claude Anderson, and Joe Madison just as I listen to Armstrong Williams or any other black conservative that make sense.
It doesn't matter if it's a sports show, Smith was talking about Blacks not having jobs but having their hands out while wearing sagging pants on his sports show. Smith wants to parse data for the benefit of looking good for his bosses. There are a lot of educated, highly trained Blacks that are having a hard time finding work, or are stuck in dead end jobs with no chance of advancement.

There's nothing wrong with looking at both sides of the argument and its true that Black men shouldn't show up to a job interview with a fitted cap and saggin pants, But what about the Black man and woman who dress properly for the interview and still don't get the job. Nobody wants to talk about how jobs weed people out based off of your name, or how they use phone interviews in order to determine what race or ethnicity you are?

Some pundits have a true love for the Black community, but some are hell bent on pointing out the flaws in order to make themselves look better. It's like when you and a group of your friends are competing for a female, you start dogging each other in front of her in order to make sure you stand out in her eyes. Smith comes across as a person who loves himself more than caring about the Black community.

The problem is that some of you are trying to put on fronts. Brehs in hoodies HAVE robbed people (Black and white) so lets not act like that some chit that white people pulled out of clear air, niqqa thats what we did in the hood, pull down the hoodie and get money, that's a fact. The problem is that brehs in hoodies scare CERTAIN TYPES of people, not just white people. You and I may not be scared BUT don't act like if its night time and somebody or somebodies (no matter the race) is walking towards you with a hoodie pulled over his/their face, you won't keep starring at him or staying on your pees and ques until he/they passes, if you say no then you're lying. That's just how the streets are, we dont trust anybody. Stop being sensitive and act like hoodies aren't used for crimes, the white people invented that chit (executioners and KKK) so THEY should know.

Here are some groups I'd walk to the other side of the street to avoid...
