I agree with him bjt he had plenty of time to research some prominent schools and make a list of guys who have been apart of winnjng programs on the amateur and professional level as cordinators and assistantsrhat could be worthy of opportunities

The big problem is the lack of Black coordinators. You can't even have a real disscussion on the lack of Black Head Coaches, because their are too few black coordinators to begin with.
Yeah it's the lack of black coordinator's. That's how you get head coaching getting gigs , having a stud d or stud o and working your way up from there
