But it's the lack of money and resources tho. Look at Charlie Strong and Kevin Sumlin salaries. They get paid 5 million each. I think Charlie strong gets an extra 2 million, if he wins a National championship. I'm not sure which HBCU could compete with those salaries.

Kevin Sumlin is one of the top coaches in college football. Not all football coaches make that much.

Honestly, there are a lot of posters are like SAS on this site. It's just that their audience and crowd of their circle is everyday ppl and not upper tier but they feel the same way about ppl below them as SAS and they don't care about others in foreign land like SAS. ECU was one of them Top Mid Major programs, beating South Carolina, Virginia Tech, North Carolina the past few seasons.
