All these pressed ass terrible hot takes for clicks and ratings

Faux News fukked the journalism game up badly with their nonsense.
It was fox?

I thought all of this shyt started with the original First Take and all those other shows ESPN had on 24/7 rotation throughout the day.

Then every broadcast network saw how people would just leave their TV's on ESPN all day and decide debate/hot take shows were the way to go, real news stations copying their format

I don't recall that being the wave before that

Timmy made them dudes into Hall of Famers. They wouldn't made it to the HOF if they ain't play with Dungawd

Parker and ginoblli would most likely have better indivual numbers if they wernt playing for the spurs shyt they had parker load managing when he was in his 20's. Not sure if they would have rings without duncan but they would defiantley have better numbers and individual accolades that would make them hofs too

Adam Silver really needs to flex on the broadcast partners and clean up the NBA coverage. Instead of tearing down players spin this current parity as a chance to celebrate just how many great players/teams there are in the ring. Instead of after every big loss attacking the losers and going the negative route highlight how great the losing team was so that the team that beat them looks even better for beating another great team.

Stop bringing up players in the offseason unless real news happens or to celebrate the teams that beat them to get to the finals.

For the past 7 years since he won his first MVP he's averaged 30 - 12 - 6 shooting 57%
In the playoffs he's averaged 29 - 13 - 5 shooting 53%
Titles are team accomplishments. What Giannis has done over the past 7 years being called under achieving is retarded.
Add in the year he won the title he had that bad hyperextension and it was considered a miracle he was even playing through that injury. If anything he needs to be more celebrated for that one.

SMF and LAX to VA and NC
Did this receeding hairline c00n fakkit say the same about jokic? Cause both got MVP's, one championship for each and both played with some pretty weak supporting casts.

But Giannis would be the one to underachieve if he didn't win another ring? :mjpls:
I'd feel the same about Jokic, as he and Giannis are the only guys of this era (so far) who have elevated to being talked about in historic terms. Once these guys showed their potential, the bar was risen...
I remember growing up no one considered Barkley, Reggie Miller, Iverson and Malone under achievers. They were just considered Legends.
This is true but at the same time plenty of people said Shaq underachieved. It wasn't said in a demeaning manor but many people said he could have had more championships in his career...

People say that about Shaq for a few reasons though. One he never took being in shape 100% serious so think he didn't maximize his talent. Add in the perception is Shaq played on loaded teams. That Magic starting lineup was loaded for that era once they got Penny. Even the Lakers before Kobe emerged was talented as hell. Then the Kobe/Wade teams. Even playing with the Suns, Lebron and the Celtics who all had crazy talent.

He's not going to do shyt. He had the perfect chance to do so years when the Rachel Nichols/Maria Taylor situation overshadowed the finals and did nothing about it.

ESPN created a "new show" and went right back to the same shyt that created that problem in the first place.

On KRS One's nose, eating sunflower seeds.

Ring culture. Everyone went from appreciating talent and greatness, to minimizing unless multiple rings are Involved. Hence what SAS is saying. Killed the love of the game for hot take headlines.
