Such BS, he should be alright financially...he needs to quit.
I am not sure why he doesn't start his own thing anyway...he is a pretty large voice in sports these days and should not have problems getting guests on his own show.

Look what happened with thatStephen A already tried leaving ESPN a few years back. Went over and did a few guest spots on MSNBC and Fox and ended up right back on ESPN. Ironically Beadle just done following the same path with her going to NBC for a bit. ESPN a machine, they not gonna miss any of these TV personalities when/if they ever leave.

This "unless your life is in danger" thing I keep seeing people spout off is a head scratcher as well. Crazy chick pulls a knife and lunges at you, she catches a two piece and a biscuit and some people would STILL say "well if a man can't physically restrain a woman". It's a lose lose, people across the board need accountability. Women really gotta respect that physical discrepancy and what it represents when deciding they want to escalate things from yelling to fighting. Stephen didn't say anything wrong IMO but got too laxed in his approach to the topic, not saying he needed to tap dance but you can't basically say "hit someone and expect to get hit back"
