None of them signed up for this but I'm just speaking on the head coach Silas. Throw some chairs around and scream in your office or personal space, and of course coaches get pissed during press conferences, but you can't appear defeated and break down in sorrow on camera. He's paid to coach but he's also payed to play the role of stability and leadership no matter if the team is good or bad. Not knocking him cause I definitely feel for him but his situation isn't uncharted territory for a head coach
