you know at some point someone needs to be realistic here
Alton Sterling was refusing police commands, he basically shrugged off the taser, and apparently had a loaded hand gun in his waist band (not to mention all the drugs in his system). No it shouldnt' be a death penalty but this wasn't some random black citizen with skittles and ice tea being hunted down. Now the police officer who ran up with the loaded gun to his head going crazy deserves to be jailed 100%....but that doesn't change the fact of wht Alton was doing
same as Mr. Clark - seemingly (despite people trying to turn a blind eye to it) he was out robbing cars and/or breaking and entering. Again not a death sentence but again refused police commands and put everyone involved in a bad situation. People in here talking about scary ass cops, I dislike cops and have been on the wrong side of their misguided behavior far to often but I was always "innocent". Now these guys didn't have it coming to them but they weren't saints and these types of incidents should not be looking to accomodate criminals in that way. JMO - let the negs fly.
I know you wanna play the obtuse role.
1. He was already was arrested, They already had his hand behind his back, thus he said that he was hurt.
2. He had a gun, selling CDs in the hood at night, you need protection. Everybody carries a gun breh in 2016
3. Dude was chilling as you can see from the video. The ppl around him were on chill mode, except the cops that approached him, thus him asking politely what was their reason
4. He got tased for nothing, the officer stated to just use the taser on him
5. You nor anyone knew he was on drugs. See #3, Dude was chilling selling CDs
