A little context on the area. Happened South Sacramento in a black neighborhood called Meadowview or the Gardens, depends on what side you claim. This side of the neighborhood is the Gardens and I believe the shooting happened of 29th street. 29th street is were the rapper C-Bo is from who was featured on 2pac's All Eyez on Me album. Also the place where the dude killed that lil boy with the hammer and beat his sister too.

Daniel Hahn was the Chief or Roseville Pd in primarily a white city just north of Sac before being hired to the Sac Pd. I think he was brought is to show the city is diversified because the city is about equally black, asian, white and mexican but blacks are hardly hired by the city. Black people have to come to conclusion that America is not for us. Nothing we do can end police brutality. Police unions have too much power and pull. They supporters have deep pockets. whats there to judge? a cell phone dont look like a gun + the cop never gave the man to even talk.. literally just rushed him talking about "gun gun gun" ... I didnt hear the victim say a word in that body cam footage.. didnt even give him a chance to say "its a cell phone"

cops dont PREVENT shyt, they are pretty much useless, at least 90% of them.

few examples of how useless they are;

1. had a lil scuffle outside the club just this weekend. 1vs1, the people not even big.. they were arguing for a lil.. all this infront of a cop... the cop coulda easily got out the car and told them go their seperate ways (prevented a fight). He didnt. He waited til they started fighting and waited for 2-3 more cop cars for back up.. if they cant even diffuse a drunk argument between 2 150 lb people then they are not fit for the job what if one got their face stomped in? all cause the cop was too bytch to get out his car??

2. when the NYPD protested last year because they felt the mayor didnt have their back in a cop shooting, almost the entire NYPD force didnt go into work. Crime did not drop (or increase). We could save billions a year by cutting 90% of the police task force since most of them are useless and dont effect anything anyway

3. ive never heard any of the people I knew that went on to become police or chp say its to "protect and serve" its always for the "pay and benefits" its too easy to become a police officer and its too lucrative that it attracts too many wrong people to the job.
