Even if they don't break the record, what the Warriors have achieved so far this season is more impressing than Bulls '95 - '96 regular season. They never had the luxury of playing in a weak Eastern Conference (outside of the Orlando Magic) or playing at a time when there were two new expansion teams introduced to the league (Vancouver Grizzlies and Toronto Raptors). :yeshrug:

They might still get it the okc choke job and the heat/Hawks close wins might of did it. But he might just be hedging his bets with all these close games recently teams are giving them there best shot. And they play the spurs 3 more times twice in San Antonio which they haven't won in almost 20 years in regular season play. So chances of San Antonio bringing them to atleast 7 loses is very good and making it really close. The quest for 73 wins is starting to tax them.

You're reading into Kerrs comments way too hard. Kerr knows we are gonna break the record he is just trying to act nonchalant about it. Lets put it this way, Iggy is resting tomorrow against the Lakers, a game we will probably win comfortably regardless.
