lol @ Mark Jackson building the team. I wasn't aware he was the GM or even had any say in personnel decisions. The guy couldn't even manage his own staff because he didn't trust them and y'all always trying to push this narrative that he made this team what they were when everything improved massively upon his departure.

I'm sure there's some input, but they have plenty of people in the scouting department that deserve FAR more credit than he does for the players they drafted.

Not that any of this matters, Klay/Thompson were both drafted before Mark Jackson even got there so the only person you can even try giving him credit for is Draymond Green. Someone he never even played, so ya, you got nothing but bullshyt.

I always been on Mark's side, and I think he did a good job. But Kerr has obviously improved this team and changed their philosophy on offense. Kerr deserves credit, he did more than ride coattails like Gruden did.

First off breh Mark Jackson became head coach for the Warriors about a month before Klay Thompson got drafted which was in 2011.

Second, Warriors wasn't even contenders in the West in 2011 when Mark signed on. The anatomy of that team besides Curry was trash. Molded them boys in two years to be playoff contenders in the West. So for you to say he ain't have a major role in the success and reconstruction of that team being built is ridiculous.
