I'm sure there's some input, but they have plenty of people in the scouting department that deserve FAR more credit than he does for the players they drafted.

Not that any of this matters, Klay/Thompson were both drafted before Mark Jackson even got there so the only person you can even try giving him credit for is Draymond Green. Someone he never even played, so ya, you got nothing but bullshyt.

Lakers are known for poaching stars from other teams and widely loved across the country.

lol @ Mark Jackson building the team. I wasn't aware he was the GM or even had any say in personnel decisions. Warriors didn't promise 8 titles before playing one game
Warriors didn't bring together above-mentionned multiple MVP, Finals MVP and perennial all-star together, plus various proven veterans.
Warriors didn't try to make fun of another player when said player was sick during the Finals. Before losing in said Finals.
Warriors aren't super athletes that resort to flopping and bytching on every other call.

It's different in soccer. Players can get signed when they're 7 and play on one team for most of their career if not all of it.
