Kobestans literally don't care about the misses - they'll ignore 5 straight 10-27 games if it leads to one 16-27 40+ point game.
And then....
nikka fukk all that analytics, make, miss, PER % bullshyt.
Nobody gives a shyt about misses, kobe did not either if it leads to 5 rings.
Except in his prime he didn't have a dreadful fg% like nikkas want to believe. He shot under 44% twice in his career from 01-09 (prime)..and missed 20 games in both those seasons. Taking the shots he took and shooting roughly 46% for your carrer is an accomplishment in itself. Wade and Bron shot at a much higher % but neither are as good as Kobe was in his prime..most of their shots were taken within 15ft of the basketball in their best yeats.
That's some pretty selective stat-quoting there. Kobe had 8 seasons under 44% and shot 44.7% for his career. I have no idea how you got "roughly 46%" from 44.7%.
By comparison, different era, but MJ only shot under 44% twice in his entire career, and during his prime he only shot under 48% once. 49.7% for his career.
Lebron has only shot under 47% once in his entire career, never under 48% during his prime, and he shoots just as many threes as Kobe does. 49.8% for his career.
Wade never shot under 44% in his career, never under 47% in his prime, and 48.8% for his career.
44.7%
49.7%
49.8%
48.8%
One of these things is not like the others....
Both Jordan and Wade had a lot fewer threes though, so effective shooting % was different.
he not eating anything, he would have done the same like last year in his prime
shoot 30 - 35 %
You mean 40%?
And calling 2015 Lebron's prime is a bit of a stretch. If 2015 is Lebron's prime, then his prime has already lasted at least 12 years, which you can make an argument for but which starts to really make the meaning of "prime" a bit useless.
nikkas forget he demolished the champion 07 Spurs in 5 games with 30 ppg and 53% shooting.
He never played the champion 2007 Spurs - he didn't even get past the first round that year.
