Some of Dwight's concerns were valid but some of it was just him being a bytch.

How you gonna be surprised that a fanbase hasn't accepted you when you refuse to even hint that you'll resign? :dahell:

That's like a bytch telling her man she don't trust him around other women when she got a gang of male "friends" that she hangs out with all the time.

Lakers fans were down for Dwight till he started that bullshyt. The only things Dwight had a right to complain about was the Lakers not hiring Phil Jackson and his teammates hanging him out to dry on the defensive end. Everything he brought on himself by being wishy washy about staying, quitting on the team during games, not taking things seriously, and talking shyt about people behind they back.

And I told people MONTHS ago about Dwight not wanting to play the Pick and Roll despite how effective he is at it, so Nash saying it isn't all that surprising to me. Like IGSaint said, Dwight thinks he's the next Hakeem Olajuwon and wants to be a go to post player even though he CLEARLY sucks at it. Feed him the ball in the post and it's gonna result in a missed shot, missed freethrows, or turnovers. If he ain't dunking he aint shyt.

:leon: you're damn right too :pachaha:

Nash was fully catered to for some strange reason. Hurt most of the season and largely ineffective and a defensive liability when he actually played. Buss even brought in his former coach just for him and Kobe. Lakers gave up numerous 1st rounders for him.

-How does Howard get ripped to death all season long but Nash got the ultimate pass:mindblown:

That's my point GAWD....embracing this Laker Way Of Life:blessed:

#LWO
:heh:

I read "jabs" in the title and only read the highlighted parts and didnt find any "jabs". Which would have surprised me because Steve Nash is a high character type dude that i would expect to take the high road

Do me a favor and define "jabs" in your own words :rudy:

Wasn't most laker/kobe haters on this forum saying how much nash should run the offense instead of kobe? Now he is an amputee? LOL
:what:

That wasn't towards Nash..........
Dude claimed Nash was taking jabs at D12, those quotes aren't even jabs. Now picture an amputee trying to throw jabs. None thrown. Get it?

it's obvious @IGSaint12 failed college lever reading comprehension :laff:

People have to realize that the Lakers are not the "Lakers" anymore....

Lakers died when Dr. Buss died :to:

Only chance they have is if Jeannie takes the reigns from Jim Buss.

This is 100% true.

Dog...no one wants to look at the Lakers front office mishaps. They had foresight in getting rid of Shaq and investing in the younger star in Kobe years ago. They bring in Dwight and did the opposite investing in the legs of two athletes nearing the end of the road.

I simply don't get it.

Can Nash stop defending that bum azz coach

And can people stop saying d'antonio is a offensive genius..

He just run that Stockton Malone pick n roll and have sharp shooters on the outside and he's a genius of a coach

He made a few scrubs look good running his system. I gotta give him that at least. :manny: We are always too quick to dismiss people's accomplishments once they fail despite their previous success.
I'd say he's a great offensive coach but his offense need certain key players to work. Not every personnel can fit into this taking shots within the first 7 seconds of the clock crap he runs. And that shyt doesnt last in playoff basketball where every possession is crucial.

But thats the thing tho, just about everyone sees it. Mitch can only do so much but he's not the top decision maker, right now the top decision maker for all basketball decisions for this team is on jim buss. He's an addict, a professional failure in everything he attempts, and has the ego of someone who'd actually built all this. Until he's gone we'll keep having these weird situations.

I raised this point to you in another thread too, how can we be so sure Dwight deserved the keys to this franchise? He's a great talent, but only on one side of the ball. And he has a lot of terrible qualities in terms of being a leader, I don't see what the Lakers were doing to invest in the old guys when the w'oatoni coaching hire was just as much to their detriment as it was to Dwight's?

Dwight did the right thing to leave, he's not built for the Lakers and the Lakers aren't built for success at this point given who makes decisions for the team.

So how does that make him a great offensive coach? That just means he's a snake oil salesman with a cute regular season gimmick offense to sell. He can't adjust mid game, mid quarter, shyt he can't adjust at all. His rotations are shyt, he completely disregards post play, runs players into the ground when their hot, often alienates good role players that provide the needed elements his system doesn't account for, he's just a total piece of shyt to be frank with you. The absolute worse, this feels like the Art Shell season with the Raiders but 10x longer. At least Al saw he fukked up quick with a bed and breakfast offense and cut his losses. :beli:

You can be sure a clown like Dwight wanted the keys to the franchise by looking at his behavior in Orlando. I knew that coming in. The Lakers front office stood on their past laurels and thought it was enough while catering to Nash and Kobe.

Made no sense.

A top calling card for jim buss.

Shoulda dealt him at the deadline, but what's even funnier is that all it woulda took to keep d-ho was gettin rid of the bowl of piss we hired to coach. shyt's crazy.
