What's not true there? He was obviously tight about the attention Cam got. It makes sense looking back at it now but I remember when the media was on the "Cam is pouting" storyline and instead of backing up his QB he went on in the media about how Cam needed to grow up and he was just like his son or some shyt. That was 2 years ago and he still taking little jabs at Cam. Jealousy was/is clearly at play here. Management chose the new kid and pushed him to the side.

And he got his day of revenge, good for him but alright nikka let it go.

Wanted him to retire a Panther and play in the slot or opposite Benjamin but its over now. Maybe they felt Smiths attitude wouldve stunted Kelvin Benjamins growth in this league? Time will tell im happy with Kelvin and he looking like a OROY Candidate.

Speaking about Newton. Smith recalled, "Cam didn't even know I was cut". Said Cam wrote him a nice letter and text him after. Mentioned he had no ill towards Newton at all.

Regarding their relationship, pointed out Cam's not 35 years old with kids and they're not going to play Madden together; implying they wouldn't be hanging out like that off the field. So no biggie. Looking back they were never close as Cam and Kelvin are and with all this stuff coming out now with him throwing jabs. Along with him calling out his Quarterback when he was pissed during the Giants blowout 2 years ago. At the time i was mad Smith too joined everyone ganging up on Cam because he couldnt take losing and it showed.
