Cam nor Kaep is overrated in the NFL...what the NFL sees is 2 QBs with a lot of upside and one is not being used to maximize his potential....No one is saying CAM is top 5.....but he certainly is better than the majority playing the position right now....

It's because he was looked at as "washed up" by Carolina during this QB tenure. In his mind, he could've had better numbers (more TDs in the red zone) with a different QB
