He's not alone doe. Kaep has a lot of the same issues.

They're both still young QBs that played in run first offenses for most of their lives. Can't expect them to be Peyton in year 3 and 4.

You're right. He should only be blaming the front office for their decision. He's making Cam in an indirect target because he thinks the team values him more.
