I'm not using mental health as a crutch for this man picking an elderly man walking down the street, shooting him in the head, and then talking to his boys about it like he just came home from a date. In what scenario could someone in their right mind conclude that they should kill a random elderly man and broadcast it to thousands of people?

Furthermore in what scenario could someone kill 13 other people and feel completely unempathetic about it?



And the dismissing it as 'excuses' is where see the irony come into play.
The man literally killed a random person in the street because nobody listened to him and then you still think he's not mentally ill?

He wanted to randomly kill people, hence him naming his video Easter Sunday Slaughter.

People commit atrocities in their right mind, just like this man did.

People did listen to him, as evidenced by his phone call. He said something like y'all always downplay my problems, or something. Meaning, "y'all listen to me but I don't like y'all response so I'm gonna say y'all don't listen to me." We all know people like that.

The man had a calculated plot to kill. That's deviant, sadistic behavior. It doesn't mean you're crazy. There's not a judge in America who would let him plead insanity after what he pulled.

At the end of the day, anything and everything can be described as a mental health issue. I just can't buy into that in this particular instance.
