I'm sure what he meant by that is, "if the family rejects the Gofundme we will refund the raised money to everyone", or "if the family approves then he will make sure they get it". Usually when people create gofundme's the person who needs the funds is either the creator or knows the creator very well (like a family member). This dude created it without even touching base with the family until AFTER people were on his head.

Has anything actually been confirmed? I saw the video and it appears that he shot that older gentleman in the head but I feel like (and am hoping) this is all an elaborate hoax.
In the video the guy holds a gun up and turns away and when he turns back around you seen the man on the floor with "blood" on the ground and his face covered. I haven't seen any news report confirming the "shooter's" claims of having killed anyone else either. I didn't see any updated info in the OP and this morning I didn't see anything confirmed online outside of a few news organizations on FB perpetuating the story of a man going around killing people in Cleveland based on what that man claimed, and not necessarily bodies found.
