Parker's mom is mixed distantly. So he isn't half Tongan like you presuppose and they're not taking over any sport. If Polynesians didn't take over football, they won't take over basketball (which is less physical). I remember one of yall also said Filipinos are "taking over basketball". I broke down in laughter. In 10 years the only difference in people you'll see in the NBA will be more Europeans.
