At some point you have to start having good faith discussions.

For example, why is Mitch refusing to take a vote on bipartisan legislation that the vast majority of the American people want.

You've gone so far off the rails you're asking for Pelosi to take up a bill with the same sticker price but none of the amenities.

let me make clear what i cannot believe i have to explain right now

the republican senate majority is on the ropes and fighting for its life. lets say pelosi accepts the bill, and it goes to the republican senate. so they turn it down? every one of their democrat opponents says "tillis, mcsally, gardner, collins, and graham don't care about you. i would have signed the bill, the people of our state need stimulus and help ". one of the worst blows a republican senator could be dealt right now who's fighting for re-election.
