The next slimmer of hope for another stimulus would be March when the government will need to be funded again.

But that will easily turn into the Senate GOP turning back the clock and demanding austerity.

Simply put, if both GA seats don’t flip, the USA will not have another big fiscal stimulus because McConnell won’t allow it.
