That's all that changed. Yes the $15 min wage was a blow but this bill is really going to help a lot of people. People are getting the $1400 and extended unemployment AND they are getting money for their kids up to $3000 per kid.
This bill wouldn't have been a discussion with a GOP held Senate. So for all the bashing going on about Dems not delivering.. the alternative is always much much worse.

Agreed. Wish they got the minimum wage but we should have that fight again very soon.
