Why do they keep drawing up partisan bills knowing bytch and the rethugs won’t even bring them up for a vote? They should have given that problem solvers bill some play
I don’t think there is going to be “relief” period. No matter what they say.

theres literally nothing stopping the democrats from proposing a 2 part bill tomorrow, for another round of 1200 dollar checks and extending an extra 400 per week for unemployment. it would not only provide relief, but even win them votes
but hey, if pelosi cant present some bloated monstrosity of a bill for her and her buddies in government to loot and exploit, then it isnt worth her time
Outdoor Dining can be done in Bay Area with Heating Lamps though right?

it def can get into the 30's-40's at night, although the 30's is usually dead of night/early am. 40's-50's isn't pleasant - sitting there in your coat while trying to dine on food that cools rapidly due to cold weather. the Bay also gets all our rain from like nov/dec-mar, we've clearly been swinging all over the place from super rainy winters to droughts, so who knows where we end up this year, but winter when it's dark and cold by 5pm, people want to be inside establishments

Awww hell nah. I don't even use a coat in the winter because I'm hardly out in it. I won't get in my car until it's warmed up, walking fast as shyt from the car to the building...running old ladies over and all that. I cannot "Winter" for long and damn sure not sitting outside to eat.

I think if people don't have an option they'll go for it. It's always been popular in Europe so I think a lot of people will take to it especially people who've been won't think twice. More than just eating I think people want to ball and have fun so it's something to do and even when it was cold here last week spots were busy in Brooklyn. There's going to be propane heaters so it's not going to be awful and it barely snows anymore. I think last January or February in was 60 one day and I went to Mexican place in Williamsburg and ate outside.
