They really gonna kill small biz, especially in high COL areas. Yes, we need the package Pelosi was fighting for as we need states to be able to help these businesses if we shut down again.
The owner of the nail shop I go to is basically begging people to get their nails done or buy certificates and merchandise to help them stay afloat. Businesses aren’t doing nearly their normal levels of business being open after months of being closed, and the concept of closing again without aid, congress should be ashamed of themselves
Either way the economy gets stimulated. Either you’ll spend it, which will be income/revenue for businesses or you’ll put it in the bank, which can loan out nine dollars for every dollar you deposit 
which becomes income for other people who can then spend or save. That’s why they’re giving out the checks.
