You assume we are the ones who have to look, assuming you don’t think all alien life form is primitive which mathematically it shouldn’t if it exists.

Saying the universe is huge is meaningless when there are a lot of other considerations that have to take place i.e. Fermi paradox.

Simulation theory is a valid possibility as much flack as some of you’ve given the OP.

There are billions of planets breh. That would be like having an entire planetary ocean just so one guppie fish could live in it. They’re either behind us technologically speaking, on par with us and can’t space travel or are so far beyond us it’s not worth it to talk to us.

Not if our reality is a simulation. Then everything else is simply a mirage and we're the only show in town.

All those other billions of planets don't exist. They are just an illusion.
