Ive been getting my caffeine from yerba mate tea these days. shyts fire
They are extremely addictive. I got hooked a while back and had to be rushed to the ER from work due to caffeine overdose.
I let up for a while and then recently started taking to the Coca Cola energy drinks. I just laid off of those but only because of pregnancy...it wasn’t my choice.
The withdrawal is real.
Caffeine overdose? Was you drinking 3 and 4 a day?

Im trying to break the habit myself. Ill admit when I was driving 26 foot trucks and doing moving 6 days A week i got into it.
Yes. I didn’t realize it either until it happened. Part of the problem is that I took Lyrica earlier that morning and then drank two Monster Energy drinks during the first part of my work day.
Within a hour of the second one I blacked out. I couldn’t speak, I couldn’t think clearly, my heart was beating extremely fast, I couldn’t catch my breath, I was out of it.

A red bull before a workout is always a nice pick me up.I have a nice cold redbull in the icebox waiting for me, as soon as i go work out after work today
the 12 ox cans max though...the 16 oz and 20 is overkill.

I take about 4 sips of energy drink before heading to work sometimes, the can sometimes stay in the fridge for at least a few weeks before it's all gone.
