My purple haired friend loves that shyt...I've never dranked a energy drink in my life. Hate coffee too.

They are extremely addictive. I got hooked a while back and had to be rushed to the ER from work due to caffeine overdose.

I let up for a while and then recently started taking to the Coca Cola energy drinks. I just laid off of those but only because of pregnancy...it wasn’t my choice.

The withdrawal is real.

I had to go to the ER too. I didn't pass out or anything but I felt like I was going too and my heart was beating fast AF. You gotta be careful with those drinks because after awhile you develop a tolerance but its still fukking with your body whether you feel it or not. Also found out the hard way to pay attention to ingredients. I was drinking some kind of herbal tea I thought was good for warding off colds n shyt then drinking my energy drinks right after. Found out one of the warnings was not to take with caffeine because it increases the effects.

I don’t remember my eye twitching but I remember no being able to open my eyes for a while. The only way I can explain it is my brain and body weren’t connected. My brain was trying to tell my eyes to open but I couldn’t make it happen. It was the same with my speech.

I drink green tea now (about 2 cups daily) and thats it normally.

Hmm no lie told. I have bad insomnia so i don't wake up rested. I drink one sugar free energy drink every morning. Not sure what else to do to get my day started.

Ive never fell off the deep end, but these cold brews got a nikka sleep patterns all fukked up.

You drink that shyt to give you a little pick me up one day, you end up wired and can’t sleep that night which really fukks your next day up because you never really rested from the first day, now you HELLA tired so you drink another and another.

Next thing you know, you got a Starbucks card.
