From the Puck stuff, it seems to be Ellison fukking up shyt at Paramount. Questioning the budgets for Sheridan, getting rid of people he fukked with on the executive level. Then it seems Sheridan was negotiating a deal with WB for an old script and Ellison tried to randomly get paramount involved.

Additionally, the Journal reports that Sheridan has charged Paramount to use his own Texas ranches, where he can charge as much as $50,000 a week. Other expenses related to Sheridan’s shows have included more than $3,000 for a cattle wrangler, herds of cattle for $25 a head and 24 horse saddles in the style used by Royal Canadian Mounted Police for $23,519.19.

Sheridan, who hosts a “Cowboy Camp” at one of his Texas properties ahead of filming for his western shows, charged the studio $214,979.61 for the roughly weeklong camp for an unspecified number of people ahead of season five of “Yellowstone,” according to an invoice obtained by the Journal. The charges included nearly $33,000 that went to catering and $2,000 a head for use of Sheridan’s horses.

Some of this stuff is kinda meh. The Cowboy Camp seems like bs(On Sheridan's end), but who knows. The rest should be compared with what the industry standard is. If they werent shooting at Taylor's stuff(im assuming this after he bought the 6666 ranch) then how much would it cost? It says he charging $25 a head for cattle, is that the standard rate or is it lower or higher than the standard?

Going overbudget for catering and shyt like that is another issue that needs to be under control.

to me it sounds like david ellison is really pinching pennies because they dropped like $8B on the paramount aquisition.

however, his daddy is the 2nd richest person int he world, and he has a huge stake in skydance, so he's got access to endless capital essentially.
