Facts! The mid to late 2000s was horrible. Hip hop fashion/streetwear went downhill starting in 2003.

In retrospect, streetwear in the 2000s was cool for people who couldn't afford high end brands and didn't want low end cheaper brands that you could find at the mall.

But then so many of these brands either fell off...or you can find them at zumiez or urban outfitters widely distributed.

Yeah a lot of them sold out. On fairfax a lot of stores came and went.

I miss these!

I used to have a kids juicy couture and baby phat track suits along with the baby phat tank tops. Used to wear them with my baby blue air force ones(which are back in now oddly enough) and white/pink phat farm sneakers.

The nostalgia this picture gave me.

I remember back in the early 2000s all these rappers were coming out with their own clothing brands. Snoop Dogg, Nelly (not Apple Bottoms), Outkast, etc. I remember Christmas 2002 my mom got me a Snoop Dogg Clothing jean suit.
