Orlando, Tampa, Nashville, Charlotte?
3 things.
A. I’ll give you Charlotte, mainly because of all the banking investment. BofA is holding a lot of black people down.
B. Any southern nikka will tell you Florida doesn’t count. Culturally and economically both Tampa and Orlando are detached.
C. I was referring to the state of black folk’s economies. Not the economy of the white people that they orbit. The black bussiness class, as well as the professional class in ATL is incomparable to Nashville in every way. It’s like comparing NYC to Pittsburgh

Louisiana, Arkansas, South Carolina, Mississippi and Alabama are on a different level of bullshyt even compared to the rest of the South. You really can not look at those States and not realize that you have not stepped back in time. Almost no other place in the South are like those 5 shytholes.
I grew up in Chicago. I still have folks that live in Chicago and me and a lot of my folks have relocated to Houston, Nashville, Orlando and Tampa. The North is cool, but there really is not much difference between living in the North and most places in the South, because those Northern and Western cities have a lot of racism too.
The only place that I have actually ever been where I didn't experience any of that shyt was in West Africa.

I’m interested in how many jobs (and at what pay rate ? )these firms have added to residents. If the pay balances out, then the state has basically made infrastructure and institutions every individual’s personal problem; meaning no economy of scale or collective bargaining ability for the poorest of people
