Why would the pendulum swing backwards when technology is continuing to evolve and move forward, and the number of women working, seeking degrees and taking care of themselves financially is increasing? I think if anything eventually you’ll see more women just as single as men too. And less marriages, kids, etc. that’s what happens in a more advanced, educated society. I don’t why more men rely on dating apps than women though. I’ve never done online dating and I imagine there are other women like me who just haven’t done it—because it’s easier/better to meet someone in person.

I think the reason women aren’t as lonely is because they tend to have friendships, close with their family, they get pets, it’s not difficult to get sex, and they don’t have the same drive/urge for sex so dont have the motivation to seek it out as much as men do. I think since women are more social anyway, they’re more likely to meet men while out, so there’s less needs for apps.

Because a society where men don't give a fukk about wonen will end up with women being neglected. Look at the LGBT community, gay men clearly drive that community and no one gives a fukk about lesbians or really women in general like that. Not saying men will just become gay en mass, but these new generation of dudes are alarming me with how little they care about women. Women have gotten as far as they have because men care about women. You already see the pendulum is starting to swing back with the Roe v Wade overturn. I'm telling you this is not what you want, and it's already starting to happen.

If the new generation of men truly did not care about women, they wouldn’t make up such a large percentage of dating app users.

Roe vs Wade always faced this risk. You should do research on it—when it was first put into action, supporters knew it was at high risk for being overturned. They actually thought it would happen way before now. That’s how long it’s taken for the conditions to be just right so that republicans could do this…

This might seem like a reaction to current society to you, but pro-lifers have been planning this for years. The type of pendulum swinging your talking about would be women kicked out of the workforce in droves, technology losing its luster, men to stop paying for sex/only fans, no more government assistance, and no punishment/laws against rape and abuse anymore—all of this combined would put women in a position where they have to rely on men for security and protection again. But I don’t see that happening based on the trajectory of our current society.

What’s more plausible is the recession happening and more lay offs. The col and the economy getting so bad that both men and women are broke and unable to afford a decent standard of living without having two incomes, requiring them to get roommates, live with families longer, or get government assistance.

Maybe but I doubt it. I've met a lot of women and many of them are just lonely. Usually got no plans for the weekend and are boring AF. Dont let them pics fool you. As my 8y old niece is constantly saying, "in real life" lots of these chics are bored to death.

For ex: I met this one chic who had lots of pics with a lot of caucasian (men and women), when I asked about it, she told me she joined a meet up group online in order to become active.

Definitely. The amount older millenial women that are on anti-depressants and are lonely is through the roof. Trust me, I've worked with a number of them.
