Forza - Always in development; a yearly title.
Halo 5 - Should be great given 343's track record.
Ori - One indie, compared to many more that will never see XBox owners because of a draconian policy.
Quantum Break - Progress is actually being made on this one. When's it coming out?
We knew UC4 was coming out. Remember the Black Tusk IP? What internal studios are being given the opportunity to develop their own IPs besides Remedy and not rehashes?
I'll give you the Forza and Halo comment simply because 343 is
and I don't care for Forza.I wish this trend of playing down indie developers simply because they are independent would go away. It's stupid. It's REALLY fukking stupid. But whatever.
Quantum Break is slated for Fall. Remedy's very vocal of the project, but it's not impossible for it to get delayed. Alan Wake and Max Payne got hit with delays a bit.
Fable Legends is this spring I believe for PC/X1.
There's heavy rumours of a Gears collection coming out this fall but don't take my word on it.
Shangheist (Black Tusk IP) wasn't even a project. it was a cONCEPT. Developers make concepts all the time, this is nothing new.
But that isn't your question, this is:
"What internal studios are being given the opportunity to develop their own IPs besides Remedy and not rehashes?"
Lionhead is working on a new IP. Rumors is of an old project called Eden Falls.
Rare's given the opportunity to do one but they're focusing on Banjo and Battletoads.
Frontier Developments is doing a new IP, Coaster Park Tyc00n for 2016.
Twisted Pixel (Splosion Man, The Maw) is supposed to have a new IP at the helm.
This is all I know so far, but don't act like both parties aren't planning shyt.
