I would perfer a guy to be the dominate one in a partnership. That does not mean I am treated like a child or I have no say. I want to be respected and my opinion valued when it comes to decsions that affect our lives, but he can lead. A person that respects you doesn't disregard your thoughts and concerns. They are considerate of you. I will respect him as a man and he needs to respect me as a woman. We should respect each other as people in general.
