t....cacs getting exposed now that the usa power is getting weak ..............i work with cacs with master degrees and phds....and these ppl can barely tie their shoes and chew gum @ the same time
truth is , cacs never been that smart, they just mastered the art of theft ....they use their media to make themselves seem god like...but if u spend enough time around them you'll laugh @ how stupid and uncreative their are.....lol dont get me started about creativity....cacs need rules and guidelines for everything...they dont have street smarts or common sense

Of course its a cultural thing. The understanding that in America, parental pressure to achieve a specific goal can lead to a pretty good outcome (good school, well-paying job) is pretty ingrained in Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Vietnamese and Korean societies. It was a part of their culture back home, especially when you have to crawl to the top (ie India). For African American students, there was never that "old culture" experience, because we were enslaved here. African parents are more in line with that "push your child to become at least upper-middle class" mentality, which is why you see more of them in Ivy league/high ranking schools, and STEM majors than African Americans.
White kids are given about the same motivation as Black students there's just a larger percentage in better school districts, with wealthier parents and better schools, so they naturally have an easier time doing better. Were wealth equal between Blacks and Whites in America, we would see about equal representation, but the Asian and African children would still be excelling. Our culture as African-Americans would have to change for an increase in success in terms of school and career.
