The dude saying he never heard of this attacking someone's organs doesn't realize that the lack of oxygen in the blood is what leads to various organ failures, including the kidney because the cells aren't getting enough oxygen and they start to die off. When your blood oxygenation is low this is the type of shyt that happens. If you have pneumonia in both lungs, its hard to get oxygen to your blood.
