I been going to the gym for the past 3 weeks and the first week I worked by legs I did:
5 sets of squats
5 sets of leg presses
5 sets of leg extensions
5 sets of some machine that works your hamstrings
5 sets of seated calf raises
My fukking legs hurt for a week and I was scared to hit them again but I did anyway. Now my upperbody doesn't really get that sore anymore but my legs always get doms and some said it was because i'm sorta tall. I'm trying to hit legs 3 times a week but being sore like this makes me just want to work my upperbody and have bird legs. Am I supposed to work legs once a week and leave it at that? I go to the gym every morning btw.
I'm trying to do one day upper and the next lower with 30 minutes of cardio after each weight lifting session.
