Nah that angle was full of unintentionally hilarious fukkery with classic "so bad it's good" moments.
To me it has more levels of stupidity than the other skits. Vince McMahon has an illegitimate son who's a leprechaun. He uses a walkie talkie to talk to Carlito in code words. Carlito sets a trap with a sign of free ice cream. Hornswoggle makes car noises as he revs up to run through the wall. He runs through the wall. Carlito runs through wall and falls. Ron Simmons says "Damn" at the end to put us out of our misery.
The other bad skits were more straight to the point although I didn't watch or don't remember the DX little people skit. That sounds awful

this segment made me seriously consider why i watch wrestling. not because i was offended or anything, just because of how stupid it was. i was already bored to tears watching HHH cut shytty promos every week but after this segment, i had to admit that wrestling had gotten dumber and less enjoyable. didnt come back to watching it regularly until ROH started hitting their bryan danielson era.

It was so glaringly bad, that even when WWE acknowledges the bad they do, they bury this story. It's the worst shyt they've ever done.

that was executed well right there...looked like a semi legit abduction..of course they coulda roughed him up some to hammer it home but fukk it they overpowered him into the van..
now i cant speak on how the angle as a whole played out i didnt watch that shyt just reacting to that specific video
